EASY RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to assist you with a quick refund or exchange.

Lingerie Returns Policy

1. Returns that are received within 20 days of the ship date are eligible for a refund.

2. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Sales of clearance items are final and no returns will be allowed.

4. For health and safety reasons, no returns of worn items will be accepted. "Worn" is an item that has been left on longer than is required to establish the fit.

Please consider placing a new online order for the items you want to exchange and return the items from your original order for a refund.

Step 1
Package the unworn item being returned and enclose the reutrn authorization enclosed with the original order, indicating if you want a refund or an exchange. If you want to exchange, please indicate which costume(s) you wish. Important:To ensure we are able to process your return, enclose one of the following:

1. A copy of the return authorization form, and
2. A copy of the original sale receipt.

You are responsible for return postage and for insuring your package to guard against loss or damage. (If you are returning a defective item or an item you were shipped in error, please contact us before returning anything. We might be able to save you any further inconvenience.)

Step 3

Returns are processed once weekly.

If you request a refund:
We'll issue a credit to your credit card, and we'll send an email confirmation. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If there is a balance due you, we'll issue a credit to your charge. If there is a balance owed to Chastity's Secret, we will charge the same card used for the original order. We'lll send you an email confirmation when the exchange has been shipped.
